Our meeting rooms are assigned according to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. If there are fluctuations in the number of attendees, the hotel reserves the right to reassign the room to better meet the needs of the guests.

Our largest conference room has two fireplaces and an atrium. Rental fees are as following:
Room Rental Fee Hutton $ 150.00 Patriot or Heritage $ 50.00 Patriot and Heritage $ 100.00 Athenaeum Dining Room $ 75.00 Lobby $ 750.00 These charges are based on a maximum event time of eight (8) hours. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for events that exceed the allotted time.
* The fee for renting the hotel lobby can be reduced to $500 if additioanl function space is rented for an event which would include a minimum tab expenditure of $500.
