The Cumberland Inn Conference Center provides 4,400 square feet of meeting and banquet space in the Alison Templeton Adams Center. The Conference Center allows you and your group to concentrate on the day's business without distraction or to enjoy a celebration with friends and relatives.

Your conference space will be set as you request. Whether a coffee break, reception, or dinner, all our catering is prepared with the closest attention to detail. Standard meeting rooms are set with pads, pens, mints and water service at no additional cost.

Our meeting rooms are assigned according to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. If there are fluctuations in the number of attendees, the hotel reserves the right to reassign the room to better meet the needs of the guests. The hotel also reserves the right to charge a service fee for setting up of the rooms.

Our largest conference room has two fireplaces and an atrium. Rental fees are as following:

These charges are based on a maximum event time of eight (8) hours. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for events that exceed the allotted time. The Cumberland Inn does not charge room rental fees for non-profit organizations with a minimum number of sleeping rooms, assuming that the space held is in proportion to the number of attendees expected and that the total cost of the event is at least $3 per person (restaurant charges do not figure in).

The Cumberland Inn will rent conference space for pageants only for Sunday afternoons.

* The fee for renting the hotel lobby can be reduced to $500 if additioanl function space is rented for an event which would include a minimum tab expenditure of $500.
